Report a translation problem
The biggest issue I normally foresee with developers not largely adopting this model is the way the achievements/trophies port over between platform. Plus people on PC may have modded saves too which can cause an issue if you port it over to console in that state.
For now, I don't think Final Fantasy offers this option. I've only seen PS4 to PS5 save file transfer in the original Final Fantasy VII Remake.
