If not being able to touch or see a child's panties and tits in a cowgirl outfit is a deal breaker for you, I'd be more concerned with yourself than the game. Since Tifa has been the center of everybody's DEI ire in every imaginable way.

I won't excuse some of the more dark and gritty censorships though and the "Go Green!" thing they have with segways I can get behind because of the protests over the planet dying thanks to Shinra. But, man. A lot of you really do self-report something fierce and fight tooth and nail for validation over it.

Final Fantasy 7 is about unchecked capitalism overpowering an ineffectual government and literally bleeding the planet dry. I'm not a fan of aggressive censorship, or blatantly obvious pandering in entertainment either, but that doesn't mean diversity is bad in itself, or that there can't be a perfectly reasonable explanation for a character design change. Tifa was only "censored" in the flashback, when she was a fifteen year old child. Adult Tifa still gets to walk around Costa Del Sol in all her glory, wearing a bikini. As for the sports bra she wears in her new design, she's a longtime athlete, and martial artist. She's wearing a sports bra because it just makes sense for someone as active as Tifa to have a sports bra. They are literally designed to make heavy physical activity easier. So Tifa using one makes perfectly logical sense. She wouldn't want to leave herself vulnerable during combat.

There isn't censorship or "wokeness" in the game. The only thing I dislike is them stuffing Zack down our throats, trash character and there's too much of him in the game.

Zack is barely in the game though. All of his sections can be completed in minutes. All of his cutscenes combined add up to less than an hour, and the game can be anywhere from 50 to 130 hours on a first playthrough.

Actually, not a part of that lol. Everything else I kind of don't care. I'm just saying if any of my family came out as an alphabet we'd have an Old Yeller situation on our hands. Wouldn't allow degeneracy like that. Sure I don't like censorship either but not complaining about covering up a 15 year old version of a character. Just asserting your degeneracy as actual "love" being equal to what I have with my wife? I find that disgusting tbh.

Well, I bought the deluxe version and I don't regret it.
There are some things I agree with, there was unnecessary censorship, but I'm going to play it anyway and if I don't like something I'll install mods.

As someone who is with you against left-wing censorship. This is not it. The girls look nice and the game is enjoyable. Sure the diversity is very much noticeable in towns and some homosexual couples(not a fan), but over all its a nostalgia-filled trip. Just be ready for some assassin creed like map busy work occasionally.

First of all it's not weird at all you need a law to tell you something is creepy or immoral. Second no one cared about this change till you weirdos watched a few youtube videos crying about these minor changes. It's obvious the sports bra change is to fit the art style of Rebirth's flash back scenes. Not some western influenced censorship that none of you people have proof of.
