save file gone

Hello,

I suspect im buggered but ill try.

Since i have no internet connection at home and have to do all my downloads at work i bought the game on steam ect took it home like i allways do played for about a week now about 9 hours go far into campaign.

today i loged in and went to play and my campaign has reset back to first level... is there a save file i can use or is there a way to fix it?

as far as im aware the save files get stored in the cloud. its early in the morning but i believe you need to make sure your cloud sync is enabled. something like that, need my coffee.

I have the same problem twice, and my cloud sync is already enabled. How can i fix this?

Hi I have the same problem, I noticed that the campaign savegames disappear only after shutting down the pc, yesterday i tried to close the game and reopen it and the savegames where there, then I shut down the PC and today it's all gone !!!!

@alecas_92 I just had the same problem twice. It seems like all the progress of my campaign is lost. Were you guys able to fix this somehow ?

Hi, actually I don't know the solution for the problem but I discovered that you can bypass it.
When you start each new mission during the campaign save the game. When you load the savegames the campaign map with all the missions will appear again. So my suggestion is complete a mission and immediately start the following one also if you want to quit. Then save the new mission and quit the game.
