Grey Goo Movie? (even fan made)

When i saw the amount of detail that went in to the cut scenes i was saddened that so much detail had gone in to it. but nothing for a movie or a series. i know this would be incredibly hard to make. but imagine a movie base around grey goo? i could imagine it being interesting.

yes i agree. I was surprised to see how well made the cgi was in the cutscenes. Would love to see something more done with the universe.

IKR?. a cartoon/animated series would also be fun. and would last longer XD.

google the costs for that type of CGI, a full movie would be the cost of the "avatar" movie, they clearly used the best CGI too. im a huge fan of CGI films too but the cost to the minority people liking CGI wouldnt make it cash unless it was made by some fancy pants director.

The game itself might have unique aspect but i feel that a rapidly producing hive mind type alien race movies have been overdone, even if i cant name off another besides alien.
