First mission won't start

I just got the game, started the SP campaign, watched the opening cinematic and the first briefing. Then I tried to start the mission, but nothing happens.

The two lower buttons (start/ go back to maps) are greyed out now. I can still select the difficulty, though. The game doesn't seem to do anything. I waited for about six to eight minutes, but appart from the music playing the background, nothing happens.

Any hints hwo to solve this issue?

Yes, I did that once, but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Sorry to hear that! We'll figure out what is going on.

It's possible there is a pop-up notification coming up in Windows from behind the game. Can you minimize the game to see if something may be blocking continuing to play?

It definitly does. I should be able to run it on maximum settings, but even turning everything to minimum doesn't seem to make a difference.

There wasn't any pop-up note to my knowledge. I just tried to start the first mission with no progam running in the background, but that didn't change anything.

I got that right now. 1 mission do not start.I do not go any background message. My computer is over recommended.

Hi, for anyone having the same issue, i've found a solution. Just check your antivirus quarantine files and restore the "InstanceServerG.exe" file. Worked for me.
