You posted the date for the next change. That's helpful, but the last one before this, you didn't specify and you've been late to change before a few times.
A big help would be if you correctly input an end date on the event time at the top of this post, it's a built in feature - always says the event ends an hour after the post which obviously is incorrect and unhelpful.
Maybe an in game notice a week before you are definitely changing it too. I know there isn't much being done on this game, but this is really basic stuff and after this long really shouldn't still be a problem.
Like others have said, the dice cycling has been very unreliable - some cycles have been very short and under two months, others around three months
The data shows lots of players all over the world have already gotten theirs. :) It is not an error that you didn't see one in five games, luck was just not on your side by the sounds.
To set expectations more clearly, mistakes may happen in the future, and we will do our best to remedy them as they arise.
None taken! :) For some insight, the update we currently have in development is primarily focusing on getting our consoles up to parity with the Steam version of Armello. That is about as much as we have shared on it so far. We will have more information on specifics when we can share a solid date for its release.
I was really excited when I started playing it and made 100+ hours very quickly (so much potential in this game, so much!). But then I felt like I already took everything that this game could give me and there is no motivation to play it anymore. So I stopped. But I am still here checking news every third day ready to jump back. I still believe in pontential of this game!
I know you are working on major update (which is great) but I am afraid that I will get full of it soon again. What Armello is missing (in my opinion) are events and updates on permanent basis. So people can be excited for particular date (=motivated) and, yes, new content more often.
What I personally would LOVE to see is update each 3 month with sneak peaks with following:
- 1 new hero (so there will be all 4 for pack in 12 month)
- 1-2 new rings (and maybe delete or modify old rings which are unpopular)
- 1-2 new cards (and maybe delete or modify old cards which are unpopular)
- 1 new skin (there is lack of skins and unfortunately I find actual skins to be almost the same as original....)
- balance fix of heroes, rings, cards etc. (so you can create new content faster without stress of small inperfections)
- bug fixes
Don't take it negative, I just thought that it may be helpful for you if people write more about what do they expect.
You can save them, but they don't change into different chests. They'll always only give the dice for their particular series.
But you can hold onto them for a while and then try to find people to trade them with for chests from a future event.
I'm also being VERY sarcastic.
