Arcturus destroyer, where to buy?
Story goes you need to have the militia friendly to buy this, ive seen it being sold somewhere, just cant find it at any station.

Soooo, if militia are friendly in system-X, will it pop for sale in any station or ?

from the 2nd system onward at any Militia station.
