How can I raise the Stat cap my my own server?

Hi,

i tried to increase my cap for skills and stats for my own server.
I liked to play first single player so i need more points for skills and stats.

For the skill Isue i got help from someone and the good thing, it worked.

But now i want to now, if somebody is clever enough to increase the stats cap to?

It have to be a change in the server config, but i am not so skilled to change such a thing.

Has somebody an idea.

If somebody need help for the skill cap, i can say the file worked that you can get from the person who write in the skill cap 3000 problem.

Please help me. I will write as soon i get an answer her.

ok it shows me 5 digit addressess so i converted 699718 to hex (AAD46), and found the address, it was right after: MOV DWORD PTR DS
But the number was way off, so no success. :(
I gues that my understanding of this program is off, because when i loaded it again, that AAD46 cannot be found.

Find the base address of ddctd_cm_yo_server.dll, add 3E9D4B to it. You now have the address of the instruction you want.

I can't be bothered farking round with hex editors to change the stat cap, 150 seems a bit low specially if you solo and have set your skill cap to 3000 it would be nice if the devs implement an increment slider like they have done for the skill cap. I'll save the lowball skill caps for when the mmo is ready untill then i'd rather be like the Avatar skilled in all arts.

I don't see any real bonus from stats at this point and they certainly don't give any kind of discription on what skills they effect untill you perform the skill. Plenty of work still needs to be done before this game is a polished gem but its got potential and thats a good thing.

The only mod or update i'd like to see right now would change some animals into bandits have some random barbarian arsehole AI run through a territory burning and pillaging everything in their path.

As fas as i know that stats actually have some bonuses
STR = weight limit, maybe health too
AGI = stamina
forgot the rest, sry.
And hex editing is our only choice for now....

Well, as there is the only thread where a "fix" was post for the stat cap problem, and seeing that there aren't any mods that I could find that took care of this issue, I think I'm obliged to ask here if there is a way to change it now that ddctd_cm_yo_server.dll doesn't exist anymore.

I tried to check cs.dso files in hope of finding something useful there but they are compiled. I even tried Untorque program that supposedly uncompiles these files, but to no avail so far.

So if someone with more knowledge on the server files or/and torque engine can put some light in this problem it would be really appreciated.
