Player kicked: CRC-check failed

Hello guys!
I recently made my own lif server. The server is running and I can see the server on the list.
However, when a friend of mine tried connecting, he got kicked with the message:
CRC check failed, repair needed.

Do you guys know, how to fix this?

Whoever gets this error, first thing to do is repairing files (client side!) by using the 'Verify Integrity of Game Files' button in Steam.

I was getting this issue as well, especially after entering a custom mapped server and then trying to get back into a default mapped server. Verifying Integrity of my game file didn't work. So, I deleted the daemon file in my client directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Life is Feudal Your Own
Then I Verified the Integrity of my game files and it replaced it and now it works.

Just switched to Utropia Map and now I'm getting this error. Verified Integrity of Game Files didn't help.
Deleting the Deamon Folder + Verify Integrity of Game Files didn't help either.
Any suggestions?

Can anyone help me with this?! I cannot join my own server and neither can my friend. Do i wipe the server and start over?
