how to make leather

i killed a few moose and hares, but no idea jet how to make it into leather?

1.) Skin the body of the animal
2.) Grab the hide
3.) Put it on a Drying rack and wait for 1 hour
4.) Grab the dried hide, put it to a tanning tub and wait another hour.
5.) grab the thin/thick leather from the tanning tub and celebrate your first piece of leather....

Correct name is Drying Frame. and you need Construction on level 45.

How do you put the fur onto the drying rack? I have no options when I right click on the drying rack except the usual inspect, repair and lift...

you need 60 in Procuration skill, then the option will come up.
