Can administer construction sites (everyone can build on site with architect)

what does this actually mean? can other ppl load up mats into the job?

no one anz this question when i said it so after testing my guess is it works like this. anyone who has that building skill unlocked can build it if you have made the foundations. e.g they can have 0 construction and still build a lvl 90 construction building if you started it. but not if the building is a mansonry building they would have to unlock that skill first. you may now thank me.
