I was unable to mine in a rival claim, but I remember now that I only tried outside of JH. So I made it a question mark.
you cant use terraforming at all, only observe.
( didnt try out to "pour on ground" soil from inventory directly.)
so
mining: no
Terraforming: no (at least the skill abilitys, raise, lower, flatten.)
You cant deconstruct construction sites or even interact with them at all during JH
so
construct items: no (can build Trebuchet and combat preparations only)
deconstruct items: No
interact with monument while it is in upgrade state. "upgrade the monument" construction container and build it^^. even works without JH
can drop funriture/objects without JH is possible
Horses can be stolen even when personal claimed by owner during JH.
personally claimed objects are available and accesable for all
