How to demolish existing structures?

As I progress in construction, is there a way to remove the 'outdated' structures, i.e. wattle fences, the huts, furnaces, etc...? I tried to be as 'space conscious' as possible, but Im almost to the point of having to really move to a new location to continue growing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you right click and there is an option to deconstruct

The owner of a monument can remove any objects in their claim. So just pop down a monument or ask the owner of the one you're living in.

I am not seeing a deconstruct option on anything.
