Game won't start, white screen with sound.

First of all, Greetings.
A couple of years ago I have played multiple games on this current device, all max settings no issues whatsoever, using Acer Aspire VX 15. i had to format the device and replace it with NVMe, fresh install, but Life is Feudal: Your Own, doesn't run anymore as it used to.
The issue:
Every time I launch the game, the game launches in window screen, but the screen is white, I can hear the cinematic audio and i can even skip it with a mouse click, and then i can hear menu audio, but no visuals at all.
I have already tried everything ANY guide can recommend me.
- Reinstall - check
- Try to set different DirectX versions in steam launch - check
- Verify/install/repair all the Redistributabables (2008-2022) - check
- Disable all Nvidia related Apps running in the background or in tray - check
No antivirus interference either.
I did everything I could find in any possible post related to anything from LiFYO to any other STEAM related game that do not run with similar issue.
Cities Skylines doesn't run either and it has similar issue on my device, and it has never happened. I have had my laptop Idle since the hard drive broke, for about a year or 2.
can anyone suggest me anything that might actually work? something that may be interfering with the game's functionality or maybe even that there is something missing in the installation? I couldn't find my Settings config file in LIF folders, thought of setting the resolution to low and maybe other heavy settings, but can't even do that much.

I see posts from 2015 and 2017 with same issue, but most of them got it fixed by disabling their Nvidia things even though they were running AMD, some had redistributable missing so they got it solved also. So, i am out of ideas or options.
Does anyone have a slightest idea why I can't run it?

Sorry to resurrect the thread, but did you find a solution to this?

I have the exact same laptop for travel (VX 15 with GTX1050), used to play LiFYO great a couple years back, and am also running off a new SSD and NVMe, reinstalled multiple times and took all troubleshooting steps, no success. Still white screen with sound.

Game works great on my desktop.
