Building a Monument

Can anyone help me to understand what I am missing to be able to place a monument? I am mid Island on a clan server I am hosting, and have met all the requirements I have seen posted, and in the skill tree itself, and I have my Slave building up with several slaves now in it. Also no active claims on the server at all, and I am the guild leader.

When I try to place any of the buildings that are slave run or the monument itself, it gives me the "God does not allow you to claim these lands" message. I have tried to build it in multiple locations as far away as a quarter of the map away from the village location and still not able to place one.

first you have to make a Guild.... press "P" and then use the right Symbol. After this step its possible to build the Monument.

Sorry, forgot to specifically mention I am head of my Guild as well with 4 other members in it already. (As I mentioned above I have met all the posted requirements)

is there a Outpost in the near? There must be 150 clusters between your Moument and the Outpost

probablily is this:
- Start construction on any tiles except ones below
Metal Ore
Snow
Swamp
Crops

Twister, does that include my own outpost as well? I started with an outpost to get up and running... If so, can I remove anything to disable the outpost so I can place the monument instead?

Kirthas, that is listed as for the MMO, I am playing the YO version, and from what I read the 10 member guild is not required in the YO verson you just need to be a gild leader, unless it has been changed since the post I read was made...
