How to add mods and custom map?

I rented a server from GTX and want to upload a map and some mods, but have no idea how, and can't find a guide. Can someone please refer me to a guide or explain how to do this? Thank you!

You have to access the server using a FTP program or the file browser if your hosting service has one... It's usually found on the control panel from the hosting service...
