I would love so much to create my own map from scratch. Does anyone know of software available that can do that. I googled it and it seems that it's close to on it's way. I couldn't find anything atm though.

My Idea for the map is to make it symetrical so all 4 corners are vertually the same. this will make it fair for PvP. with current maps some areas like up north in the original map are an advantage over the south of the map with 2 big mountains up north and alll. thats my opinion anyway.

Please let me know when a map creater program becomes available

create a heightmap with photoshop and then load it up on Terratool

Use unity in the terrain tool to edit the terrain, export to 16-bit raw image, and then use photoshop to raw image transferred to PNG format, my English is not good

I have no idea how to do either of those suggestions I''m sorry. I want to start my map from scratch. I don't have photoshop

yea can be done its a pretty big learning curve. I'd say any height map with right format other software out there I imagine. Like to do that same really if you figure it out let me know. I've played on another map that it was huge it was pretty awsome.
