Report a translation problem
They only rotate on a few contracts at a time and unlocking all contracts might have the player end up with only contracts he can not complete nor afford buying the equipment to do so. Although it's just to wait up to 10 minutes for a new set, I'm sure more than one person would find that annoying.
The thing is, I didn't know I needed to buy new equipment until after I read it on the forum. My reasoning was I better hold off on buying equipment I don't have any use for.
An analogy being an RPG for example where you obviously see swords and stuff you can't use yet and which at the same time makes you more eager to get them as well.
When a hired worker has a task of buying an item from the materials trader and delivering it to the construction site, he should first look in your warehouse. If you already have that item, he should use it instead of buying a new one. This should reflect on the cost of the task and the time it takes to complete it.

As you can see I've kep the t'feature' list above focussed on improving the current gameplay experience and not on additional vehicles/items etc.
