Bug/feature request list so far
Game version 1.03-1.0.7, bought without pre-ordered DLC.
Pedestrians/traffic off.
All bugs encountered in Multiplayer.
Played with the Xbox controller.
If you need my machine info (PC), just ask.

Bugs
  1. Flatbed truck is abnormally slow on low gradient slopes
  2. Coop partner has issues with physics (I'm host):
    • Vehicle starts tumbling/displacing/arm swinging when he exits his vehicle (flatbed truck with crane) (I don't have experience this)
    • Cargo flips off the flatbed with crane when he exits his vehicle (probably a light version of the above) (I don't experience this) (v1.0.7)
    • Cargo flips off the flatbed with crane when he places a pallet with the forklift (I don't experience this issue)
    • Can't move small excavator onto small trailer as it starts tumbling/jerking around (I can)
  3. Crane hooks (flatbed truck with crane, tower crane) aren't in the correct spot sometimes.
    I.e: they are shifted a few meters from where they should be (both singleplayer and multiplayer but seems to happen more for my buddy when he joins my game) (v1.0.7)
    (fixed in v1.0.9)
  4. Vehicles sometimes aren't in the same spot as when exiting the game (v1.0.6)
  5. Resetting a vehicle to the home base, after unlocking the City base, sometimes resets the vehicle to the Village base instead
  6. Possibility to cheat when completing stages: when there are multiple types of pallets/cargo that you need to drop in the same spot,
    when you place the last item of a certain type on the spot, that specific part/type of that stage is finished.
    You can then load them back onto your truck and then do the same for the other types of pallets/cargo.
  7. A contract sometimes finishes without moving everything off the premises (small excavator and small trailer specifically, might impact all vehicles),
    which results in those vehicles being stuck on the premises. (Resetting doesn't always fix this) (v1.0.47)
  8. Tower crane can't rotate, sometimes in both directions, sometimes only in one direction. (Needs multiple resets and sometimes the issue returns when entering it again) (v1.0.7)
  9. Tower crane appears to shift between actual position and default position all the time for my buddy while I'm controlling it. (v1.0.7)
  10. Had a Large Appartment building contract where one of the sewer pipes failed to register correctly but it was definately in the correct spot. The yellow outline was still showing. Restarting that stage and trying again resulted in the same issue. Had to cancel the contract completely. (v1.0.7) (fixed in v1.0.9)
  11. When an item you have to place in a specific spot (sewer pipe, wall panel) isn't registered correctly my multiplayer buddy sees the yellow outline in a different spot than me. For example when placing four sewer pipes, I see the yellow outline for the last one and if I reposition it the stage is finished, however my buddy sees the yellow outline at the first sewer pipe instead. (v1.0.7) (fixed in v1.0.9)
  12. Entering and exiting a vehicle can result in a different state for a multiplayer buddy: enter the lowboy with trailer, lower the ramps, exit the lowboy; buddy suddenly sees (and experiences) the ramps being up. If I enter again, the ramps are down again for him. Same for trailers being attached or not (v1.0.6)
  13. The yellow outlines for all wall panels sometimes aren't shown at all while positioning a specific one. Fortunately all of them are sometimes shown briefly again. This often makes it impossible to finish the stage. (v1.0.75) (fixed in v1.0.9)
  14. Didn't get any money for earth dropped off at the gravel plant with the small flatbed. (fixed in v1.0.47)
  15. The arm of the large excavator sometimes can't move at all without it being stuck behind/underneath something. Seems to be easily triggered by moving the arm low to the ground or the lowboy trailer. (v1.0.7)
  16. Arrow on the map of another player doesn't have the correct orientation (v1.0.47)
  17. Resetting the lowboy while the trailer is attached might cause the trailer to lose its cargo. (v1.0.47)
  18. Resetting a vehicle that is stuck might just reset the vehicle in the same spot. Had this with the large excavator while it was stuck with the threads on each side of a guardrail. (v1.0.47)
  19. The part of the HUD where you see how much is loaded into a half-pipe truck or excavator bucket sometimes dissappears. (v1.0.47)
  20. A player can get stuck inside a vehicle, being unable to exit it, other players can enter the same vehicle and move it normally. He can't reset or anything, has to exit the game. (v1.0.47)
  21. Wall frames sometimes aren't removed from a site after it/the stage is finished. (v1.0.47)
  22. Camera can't be moved. Only when running outside on foot. Free camera mode should allow the mouse to drag the screen around to a new viewpoint. (Mac) (v1.0.47)
  23. Weird physics behaviour seems to be caused by certain players joining the game (either with network issues or slow hardware). This also seems to increase the likelyhood of crashes. (v1.0.47)
  24. Game crashes more often in 1.0.47 than 1.0.3 (v1.0.47)
  25. Mobile crane controls are different than other vehicles: (v1.0.9)
    • Attaching/detaching items is X instead of A
    • Rotating cargo is done with the D-pad instead of LT & RT
  26. Had a Mansion contract (the first actually) where Stage 5 required an area to be excavated and earth needed to be moved to the gravel plant.
    Upon finishing Stage 4 I saw the area to be excavated being excavated automatically. (v1.0.47)
  27. Coop buddy sometimes sees the subparts of a Stage as being finished (green bars are filled)
    and doesn't see the area's where items need to be dropped while the Stage has just started. Resetting the Stage fixes this. (v1.0.47)
  28. The outriggers of the mobile crane were lowered normally for my Coop buddy but they were floating for me. (v1.0.7)
  29. Coop buddy couldnt' retract the mobile crane arm while I could. (v1.0.7)
  30. The Online player list is sometimes empty or only showing one or a few players instead of everyone on the server while in a game. (v1.0.47)
  31. Games listed in the server list might show 1/4 while there are actually 4 players in the game (or at least the player list shows 4 players) (v1.0.47)
  32. Shadows sometimes keep flashing on and off, when this happens its during an entire session. (v1.0.47)
  33. The Deposit tipper attach/detach button is X instead of A. (v1.0.47)
  34. In multiplayer, if you reset (Backspace key) certain vehicles (mobile crane or concrete pump) while in driving mode, the vehicle starts jumping and spinning out of control, and nothing can stop it, short of ending the game. This happened tonight every time someone reset those vehicles. (v1.0.6) (fixed in v1.0.7!)
  35. The small flatbed truck is using a lot of fps making the view stutter and makes the truck go offroad. The big flatbed doesn't use as much fps. (Mac) (v1.0.6)
  36. Game starts to run slow when physics related bugs start to happen (like nr.34). Can only be resolved by restarting the game. (v1.0.6) (Fixed in v1.0.7!)
  37. In some missions, there are excavating tasks without step A and step B, so you never get the offer to skip the excavation. (v1.0.6)
  38. Because of the way the tower crane area is added automatically to construction sites, very often the tower crane cannot reach everywhere in the construction site. Not sure this can be fixed with the current design. Suggestion: make the tower crane area a prefab in the object Library, allowing the mission designer to place it Inside the construction area. Change the script so it is not placed automatically. As an added bonus, this would allow the object to be placed at higher levels in a building in later stages, reflecting real-life practice. (v1.0.6)
  39. All machinery positions are reset when reloading a session. (Design choice?) (v1.0.7)
  40. Objects falling off through the ground automatically respawn at the home base. However some of them respawn too low, and fall again through the ground, only to respawn again, in an endless cycle, with a noticeable performance hit. The message "cargo reset at company premises" flashes on the screen continuously. (v1.0.7)
  41. Resetting a "set walls" stage using the icon in the Jobs/Active jobs menu, also resets the tower crane to the home base (v1.0.75)
  42. The amount of earth/gravel that is required to finish a job doesn't match with the actual amount that needs to be dumped. ie: 40m³ needs to be dumped to finish a job that requires only 19m³ (v1.0.8)

Features
  1. Add clickeable icons for available contracts on the map and add a button to a contract in the job list to display the location of a contract on the map
    -> this allows a player to combine multiple contracts that are closer together which eases logistics
  2. If you own the same type of vehicle multiple times and you need to reset one back to base; how do you know which one?
    -> add the abillity to give each vehicle a name and show this name (as a license plate type of display) on the dashboard in the vehicle & in the vehicle pool list
    (Added in v1.0.9!)
  3. Contracts only show up for the types of vehicles you have, it makes a lot more sense to see all types of missions so you know what vehicle(s) to buy next. (Added in v1.0.7!)
  4. Allow the host to permenantly grant permission to another player to be able to buy stuff. (either on a session basis or really permanent when you can add other people to a friend list) (Added in v1.0.9!)
  5. Allow players in a multiplayer game to share money with the host. (makes sense when you're always playing together with someone. They can't do anything with the money they earn) (Added in v1.0.9!)
  6. When a hired worker has a task of buying an item from the materials trader and delivering it to the construction site, he should first look in your warehouse. If you already have that item, he should use it instead of buying a new one. This should reflect on the cost of the task and the time it takes to complete it.
  7. Remember the last entered multiplayer name and password and prefill the fields with these values. This makes starting a multiplayer game a single-click affair.
  8. Being able to assign different stages/parts of stages to different players. Doing a game with multiple players in an open game with people you don't know can get confusing with people buying duplicate stuff etc.
  9. Show a list of items another player is buying before you confirm/decline it. This will also help with the above issue.
  10. Allow mapping of a specific key to each of the different camera points.
  11. Would be great if the name of your company is shown in-game like on the boards at the entrance of your company instead of "Schlunz und Partner".
  12. Allow the host to disable the teleport function.

Annoyances
  1. Contracts sometimes include a 'Drive to the dealer' part which is really annoying when you want to load cargo for multiple stages at once.
  2. Waiting for players to join can get seriously annoying when you're in an open game with people constantly joining and leaving.
  3. The server list loses its scrollposition each time it is refreshed.

re: feature #3.

They only rotate on a few contracts at a time and unlocking all contracts might have the player end up with only contracts he can not complete nor afford buying the equipment to do so. Although it's just to wait up to 10 minutes for a new set, I'm sure more than one person would find that annoying.

Good point, but it's easy to limit this to only show one or two contracts that need equipment you don't have.
The thing is, I didn't know I needed to buy new equipment until after I read it on the forum. My reasoning was I better hold off on buying equipment I don't have any use for.
An analogy being an RPG for example where you obviously see swords and stuff you can't use yet and which at the same time makes you more eager to get them as well.

When a hired worker has a task of buying an item from the materials trader and delivering it to the construction site, he should first look in your warehouse. If you already have that item, he should use it instead of buying a new one. This should reflect on the cost of the task and the time it takes to complete it.

Added bugs:

I'd seen your post before and it looks really interesting. I've been thinking of swappable excavator/crane items as well (wider bucket, clamshell bucket, jackhammer etc.) but I think those are best kept for (a) separate topic(s) :)
As you can see I've kep the t'feature' list above focussed on improving the current gameplay experience and not on additional vehicles/items etc.

I gotta say the game is a lot more stable with both updates :) Just finished a sessions with 4 guys in multiplayer and didn't see any funny physics stuff while doing the first Stadium contract

Bug in Mac version: Camera can't be moved. Only when running outside on foot. Makes backing trucks quite difficult. Free camera mode should allow the mouse to drag the screen around to a new viewpoint.
