Cannot Create Profile NEED HELP!!!

I just bought this game and can't even play it! The game seems to start and load flawlessly, but when I create my profile I choose my name and company name and color and avatar and click continue and nothing happens!!!! I've re-started several times and still the same thing over and over!

UPDATE: I just uninstalled and re-installed the game entirelly and I am still having the same problem.

Have a look atthis folder:
C:\Users\[your username]\Saved Games
Inside it do you see a folder ConstructionSimulator2015 ?
And inside that a folder named Profiles, and inside that a folder named 0 ?

No... I'm affraid that as I go through I open C:\Users\username\SavedGames and the only file inside of Saved Games is one titled desktop with a paper and gear logo. When you open the file it opens in Notepad saying this...

No I am using Windows 7 Pro.

It's like the game can't create its saved games folder. Try creating a new folder in C:\Users\username\SavedGames. Do you get an error about not having permission?
I'm mostly throwing science at the wall here and seeing what sticks.
I can only suggest you open a support ticket as outlines in the "bug report" sub forum.

I just created a new foolder under the Saved Games folder at: Windows (C:) > Users > cwillhite > Saved Games
I titled it New Folder with no problems.

OK so it's not a permission problem.
You should open a ticket and explain that you can't provide the log, since the folder for the log isn't even created... :)
