Ciao bortolo,
per cambiare la lingua devi andara nella tua libreria, selezionare il gioco con il tasto destro del mouse e accedere al menu Proprietà. Qui puoi trovare il menu lingua e selezionare italiano.

Italian is currently not in the game. There has been an error in the translation which didn't give us a chance but to disable the language. We're working on it and will turn it back on as soon as possible!
In the meantime my suggestion is to play the game in English, or any other language that's convenient for you.

pero' la lingua in italiano nn ce come mai invece nel negozio dice che tra le 10 lingue ce italiano?
