Report a translation problem
After you exported or copied the sample mod into the correct folder and start the game, you will have to go back to the profile screen. Don't close the game! The Vehicles will show up when you start the profile again.
In short: Start Game
Choose Profile and continue your game
Exit the game to the profiles menu (Don't exit the Game to Desktop)
Choose Profile and continiue your game again
Local Mods should now show up in the import section of the vehicle trader.
Try looking around a little before asking questions.
There is a "Modding: vehicle editor" sub-forum, at the top of this the first pinned thread says "Update: Vehicle Editor 1.0 and Documentation".
