Options / Key assignments.
Select a function, then I think you hit "Esc".

Hmm Escape not doing it :(

Infact pressing escape SHOULD open the menu if memory serves. Instead i have to click on the open button top left. Tried to return to default keys but it does not default it at all. I need to reset all key start a fresh. Appears to not happen.

I'm not sure I understand completely your problem.
Do you have currently a key mapped to a function, and you want to change that key?
For example, "H" is used for the horn, and you would prefer "T" ?

Make a Keybind totally blank. Like H horn press a key remove it and leave it blank

There's probably a way but I don't know (I'm at work now). I thought the Esc key would work.
I suggest you bind some obscure key like "{" that you will never use.

Yes it appears to the case. Think it would be a good idea for the Dev's to add a button function to remove a keybind at the bottom where the Reset Default button is located.

There is already a functionality to remove a keybind for a selected column. Just press the delete on your keyboard (not backspace).
