Cant change language

I cant change the language of the game like its described in FAQ. There just isnt Language tab in game properties. Is there a manual way to change language, from a config file or something?

That's rather odd. Where did you buy the game?

I didnt buy the key from steam, i got it from k.inguin... Maybe its some region locked version????

No you can't change the language from config file. Which language do you have right now?

It russian at the moment

Yes, then this could be region locked version for russia. You should buy the game in steam to get the right version.

Yes that's definitely a region locked version.
Copies sold in Russia outside the Steam store only contain Russian language.
In this case you can only ask them for a refund as we're not working with them as an official retailer.

I can see that this has been awhile but I did figure this out. If your game file has a codex you should be able to scroll down a bit. Dbl click it. When you see language it will say Russian just simply delete Russian and type in English. This changed mine.
