Noob Question

So I'm working one of my first jobs.
But am stuck with something, not sure how to do this.

It reads:
"Transport 4.0 m3 Earth from the Gravel Plant into the marked area (Construction Site)
and unload them there."

Now I've unloaded stuff to consruction sites before, so that's no issue.

My issue, is I can't seem to load Earth into anything.
Am I supposed to use a container?
Cause I've tried putting a container in a Tipper, then driving under one of the 4 spouts at the Gravel Plant, but nothing comes out to fill the container.

I've tried talking to the employee at the Gravel Plant multiple times re-reading it to find clues as to what I might be doing wrong, to no avail.

I've also tried unloading the container into the white marked area under the spout, but still nothing.

I thought maybe I have to use a special container for soil, so tried checking the Materials Store again as well as the Tree place, but couldn't find another type of container.

What am I doing wrong here?

I just don't understand what it wants of me.
A bucket of dirt?

I re-tried and used an escavator to shovel some dirt from the gravel yard into a container until it was full, then brought it back to site.
Didn't seem to work though.
How to i know how much 4 metres cubed is in game?

Drive the small flatbed truck under one of the spouts in the gravel plant. Not the concrete spout. You have to be exactly under it, then you'll see dirt falling down and filling your truck. Then just dump it in the designated area on the construction site.

By the way, the flatbed is also a dumper truck. Use the arrow keys to dump.

the tipper truck can't load gravel.. just dirty materials. u can load gravel with your first white truck that can load exactly 4m2 of gravel, enough for this first mission loading!
