How to retract outriggers on lowboy trailers

press F1 and that gives you all the controls for the vehicle you are in.

I'm on the very first mission. I tried doign this and touching left-shift makes the ramp go down and I still cant do the outriggers. I tried F1 but those controls aren't working as intended?

ok, it keeps saying outriggers need to be retracted but it is. The issue is I can't move because the ramp went down... wtf

On a truck, outrigger controls are Q and E.
On a trailer, it's Left Shift-Q and Left Shift-E.
The ramps on a trailer are controlled with Left Shift-Arrow keys.
