Small trailer cant retract outriggers

i have probelm retract outriggers, i try to change the keypad and so on but did not works. anyone can help???

Situation is like this, i have connect the trailer to my truck, but truck could not move forward because outriggers is not retracted, but i cant. mayb is a bugs?

Try with the keyboard: Shift-Q for retracting, Shift-E for deploying.
That's the LEFT Shift key, and you have to keep pressing until the outriggers are fulley retracted.
