I am sorry that you cannot play the game!
Are you receiving any error message when you try to launch it? Or is the game simply not starting?

I have the same problem. It simply won't start, no error message, nothing.

I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to you, and you're not able to launch the game.
I would suggest changing the resolution of your game to test if this helps, as it seems to have helped someone else with a similar issue before.
Have you tried the steps from our PC technical support article [www.ubisoft.com] yet? If not, I would advise giving them a go in case they help as well.
Please also make sure that the game and the Ubisoft Connect launcher are installed on the same hard drive (preferably drive C) so that these can access each other without any issue.
If the problem does continue after these steps, could I please ask the specs you all have and if someone could provide a screenshot of the error/loading splash screen where the crash happens, that would be great too.
