Controller Support is broken

I'm playing with a wireless XBOX One controller (also tried with cable) and the game just does not want work when playing with one. I'm playing this not over Steam but Uplay directly so maybe there is something wrong there but support is... well, you know... slowww.

I can move around in the menu and press A but I can't press B, it goes absolutely crazy once I activate the Uplay overlay and I can only look up and down in game. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Thanks for reaching out, sorry to see you're having issues!

Do you have any other USB peripherals plugged in when playing? And is it an official Xbox One Gamepad?

Something I would suggest is adding the game to Steam as a 'Non-Steam Game' and seeing if the issue continues there.

If it does, you'll also be able to use the Steam Controller settings (Steam > Settings > Controllers > General Controller Settings) to toggle Xbox Configuration Support On / Off and see if this helps too.
