Issue with textures

I'm playing on max settings, 1920x1080 and the textures are fuzzy / not even loading half the time unless I'm on 4k resolution but if I do that, then obviously the game is running way too hard. Any idea on how to fix? Note : I own / play this on Ubisoft Connect.

Also, I've tried editing the ACU.ini file's texture option to 3 as another post has stated but same issue. It seems like playing in 4k resolution is the only fix but there's gotta be another way.

Yeah I dunno, seems like the game's LoD system is just extremely aggressive. If you see a building in the distance, like that dome place or whatever, it looks absolutely abysmal. Like if the PS1 had low-res loading textures. Except no matter how long you sit there and stare at it, it just keeps looking like that.

Weird thing is, they even have a perfectly suitable in-universe explanation for literally just not rendering it at all (which would be preferable tbh).

The game seems so promising too but there's no mods to fix the problems, no in-game way that I'm seeing other than putting resolution to 4k, nothing. Hope someone found a way or makes a mod or something at some point.

You can try change the game config on nvidia control panel if u didnt.
Anisotropic filter 16x and textures on high quality.

How many frames are you pushing in the game? The game's LoD completely breaks if it's 120+FPS.

Cap your framerate with RiviaTuner and supersample the game with the extra GPU headroom.

Definitely don’t go above 120 hz
