Hey there.
That's very strange. Are you connecting to a different monitor when the sound stops working or are you using the same monitor and changing the resolution/aspect ratio?
- Ubisoft Support
Edit: Solved it by changing the Windows resolution to 1080p. Now the ingame sound works at 4k / 16:9 / 120hz. However 1440p seems to have no audio now. Very strange, but I play at 4k so this seems to fix it.
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing audio issues.
Can you please try the troubleshooting steps {LINK REMOVED}in this article? It will help to eliminate any potential software conflicts.

audio doesn't work with these settings. 120hz 4096-2160 or 3840-2160. but when I select 60hz and any res including above audio works again.
Thanks for sharing this too Staticuss!
Some older titles don't take too well to being ran higher than 60hz, so I'm glad to see this worked for you!
