please help me fix ac unity graphics

hey everyone, the first time i played ac unity was on a ps4 in 2017. The graphics looked incredible and the gameplay was so enjoyable. I do not own the ps4, I played on it at a friends house and have now recently reinstalled ac unity on my pc. I was really excited to begin playing it and when i got into the game, I noticed that the graphics looked alarmingly bad. So, I boosted everything to ultra high, saved changes, but still there was no difference. The graphics look blurry, with no definition, and it made me very frustrated. Does anybody have a legitimate fix to this problem? Has anyone else experienced this? I am begging that I find a real fix to this problem since in open world games, I really care about graphics... Please help me :(

- Your CPU model
- GPU model
- Available RAM
- Is it a laptop or desktop PC?
- Do you have V-Sync enabled?

Running on a NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor with 16 GB of installed ram it is a desktop PC. I usually dont have V-sync enabled, but after running out of options to fix this problem I tried it and it didnt work. I apologize for the late response, I switched names and made some edits to my profile and didnt get the notification until recently...

We'd certainly expect your system to be able to run this game, and make it look great, so that's most unusual! Please have a look at our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com], the steps of which have been designed to help with performance. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

If it still doesn't look as you'd expect, can you send me over some screenshots or a short video showing the issue? It'd be great if you could include a screenshot or a brief clip of your graphics settings in the in-game menu. That'll help with troubleshooting further
