Blurry/Zooming Issues (Need Help!)

So I just got Unity a couple weeks ago (Sales!) and I have not been able to play it at all. It acts just fine when I first open the game, when the Uplay Screen pops up, but when the game itself loads it acts like a minimized tab and is really tiny in the center of my screen. When I ALT-ENTER to go into fullscreen however, it is extremely blurry to the point where I can only make out blobs of objects and the Steam pop-ups are enormous (parts of them are literally off screen). Steam is acting like its zoomed in and the game is completely unlegible. I cannot for the life of me find anything online about this issue (even after going to the gods-forsaken second and third pages of Google), so I'm really hoping someone can help me out with this!

PS Am going to try to work on problem in mean time so if I end up figuring it out on my own I will post what I did in case anyone else needs help

Okay A person that commented on my screenshot just helped me figure it out. I went to my files, then to documents, then to ACU's folder, and deleted the config. files inside of it. So far it works fine, and hopefully it won't reset itself or anything. Thank you to

Alright so the problem is resolved, and thanks to the person that commented on my pic. All I did was went into the documents folder, then the folder for the game, and deleted the config. files inside.

A direct fix on Ubisoft's forum allows you to specify exactly which graphics settings you want. It worked perfectly for my settings. Perhaps it will help others as well.

edit Documents\Assassin's Creed Unity\GFXSettings.ACU.xml

change with notepad++ :
