When is co-op unlocked?
I'm not at all interested in single player story, I just want to do the co-op missions with my girlfriend. I played through all of sequence 1, and just got done with the jailbreak and got the "paris is now open" notification - but still I don't see any option to invite someone.

How deep into the mess of cinematics do I have to go until I can game with my girl?

Are you in your Assassin Suit yet?

No I'm not. Is that what I need to wait for?

I know this isn't helpful, but I assume so, I have yet to see a co op pic without someone wearing their assassin suit.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about so how about next time you keep your mouth shut.

All you need to do is finish the stupid hallucination mission after you break out of jail. Then you can invite people. But don't get your hopes up because I am pretty sure inviting people is still broken.

Sorry for trying to help people, screw me.
Alrighty, First of all quit being a ♥♥♥♥, if people are trying to help no need to get pissy with them.

Second of all there is "co-op" to complete main story missions, only specifically assigned "co-op" missions. and the missions last time i checked were completely random people every time unless you're in a guild/crew/some wierd ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing.

Since I came here years later looking for the same answer, here goes:

You need the "Rebirth" achievement (Uplay, Xbox, Playstation, whatever) before you can unlock COOP missions. Prior to that you'll be sneaking through a mansion, breaking out of prison, doing a puzzle in a church then "taking a trip" (you'll know what I mean.) Once that's done and you killed the final assassin in an enormous shadow crowd, then you'll unlock the ability to play coop.
