Unity Cutscene Glitch

[I'm bad don't hate me]

This only ever happens when i am in a menu or when there is a cutscene. But there are little black lines on the screen that are all evenly positioned. I have tried changing my display and graphical settings but nothing is getting rid of them. Does anyone know anything about these little thin black lines or are these completely new

I hope this isn't too late, I had this problem and I fixed it my turning 'Bloom' on under 'Advanced Graphics' You say you've tried changing graphics but I thought you may have missed it and other people may have this problem so I posted this anyway.
