no day/night cycle?

title says it: did they drop day-night cycle? Whenever i play, its always the same time lol... only if i fast travel, time changes. wtf

Well, ectually morning\day\evening\night cycle is working for me :\
Looong weather\light\dark animations throw whole day bring beatiful colours)

There is also an option FX Weather but seems you can't change when you are in a mission or Sequence story.

It could be like were cheats in Liberation (i think)? By playing main story missions you were unlocking those cheats accesible from game menu, there was also changeable da/night cycle.

Anyway at least automatic change of daytime (and weather optionally) is beatufil in every game.
