Why is it in chinese for me?

i download the game and its in chinese cant change the language to english (i dont mean just the subtitles) i mean the entire game everything but the voices. how do i fix this? i tried re installing it and nothing changed

Delete in game directory file named "language" something . IF it wont work then search in windows for "regedit" go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432NODE > UBISOFT > ASSASSIN CREED UNITY | then click on Language file and change to English if it isnt

dude it happens, I bought untiy like 4 hours ago from the steam store and my version is also Chinese for some reason.. I live in europe...

It does not matter if you pirate a game just bought it with all dlc from steam and i have the chinese language problem as well

just change it in the localization file for the game using notepad++ from whatever is written in chinese to 'english' and it will fix it
