Social Club Renovations
Can you only upgrade cafe theater, or can you upgrade in other social clubs too? Because I own two social clubs atm and can't find where to upgrade the other one. If it helps, i have cafe theater renovated all the way except the finishing touches.

Renovating the social clubs (as in, the initial purchase) provides minimal income, after acquiring all of them, I only increased my income by like... 100-150.

The cafe missions, however, got me to a 10k income. Doing social club missions liberates the respective areas of Paris.

im getting1 0k min every 18 mins with 5cafes and the theater
took awhile to find them all tho
