Sluggish gameplay, sticky keys

Have played all AC's and I don't remember gameplay - fighting - being this sluggish before. The fluent gameplat and fluent fighting is impossible to achieve in Unity, it's... slow bordering on the keys feeling sticky like action follows milli second after pressing the key, enough so that it's noticable and breaking gameplay...
And this on a machine that more than lives up to the min specs...
