Armor from nostradamus collectibles is cosmetic only...
Woooooo, glad I just spent a whole day grinding this thing out... In all the previous games the collectable armor was top tier... much dissapoint.

better then looking at mismatched legendary armor because full legendary sets can't be bought yet.

omg don't even get me started on the debacle that is locking half your items behind the same system that isn't even in at launch...

which is now made 10x worse due to this not being some form of ultimate armor, or near it.
