Feydeau Le Louvre Artifacts?

Basically, the one in the top left of the map. I found one artifact, but for the life of me I cannot find the other. I have been running around for half an hour looking for it, anyone know where it is?

arpad.toth.11 has Assassin's Creed Unity

It appears on the map after completing the Co-Op Heist: Ancient History.

It's in the nearby building where the mission is located.
