Funny question: where are the children?

So, I always wondered why there wasn't any children in ANY of the AC games. Have you ever noticed that? There's only adults in every single AC games!

Not a big deal of course, I don't care that much. But in term of realism, there should be children playing around.

Just a funny thing I noticed.

There were children in AC3, annoying little bastards like the beggars in AC1 though. :3

Oh yeah true, but the children were only in Connor's village. I meant there should be children in the main cities, etc.

Yep it is a legal thing, definetely in games like watch dogs n gta, where u can just take a gun and start shooting civilians, for some reason killing adult group of pixels is k, but killing kid group of pixels is not m'kay

You could find them in New York and Boston asking for attention and blocking your way whenever they saw you :3 Sad thing was that you couldnt punch them in the face like Altair did to that stupidly annoying beggar woman though :(

I can just imagine the Hail Mary from the activists if they came out with a game in which children are killable. Admit it...they would have to make the children not killable just like Skyrim did until someone mods the game. Then we would all be complaining about why we can't kill the children...that always looks good.

Ac3 had those annoying kids who would follow you around and ask for money. I think that's the only one with kids though.

I'd imagine because if there were some, you'd be able to shoot them. Which probably would lead to worse "youth protection" ratings in various countries, meaning less potential sales.

Bethesda solved this by making immortal children in Fallout 3, NV and Fallout 3: Medieval TES V: Skyrim. But yeah, it's probably that thou shalt not harm pixels shaped like children thing.
