Anyone else notice the film grain?

Maybe it's just me, but i'm noticing a weird film grain like effect. It becomes VERY noticeable at night or in dark areas, and less noticeable (But stil present) During the day. And I hate it.

i noticed it too. There was a way to turn it off in Relevations. Not Film Grain, but something similar. i will experiment with the ini file to see if i can get the film grain to disappear.
If i can, i will post the results on how to do it.
If not, well, that would be unfortunate, but i will let you know regardless.

There is a disgusting filter that makes the entire game look more blurry as well that I hate. Luckily sweet fx got rid of it. Little difference, I can't play the game at the moment with this performance.
