Napoleon Emblems
I've collected all the emblems in the DLC but my outfit is still locked. Why?
How can I fix that?

Nevermind, I found the last piece. It was underground.

I was wondering the same thing. So you have to complete all the missions I'm assuming to be able to go underground/get the last ones?

I quite don't remember, it's been awhile since I last played Unity. Check it on Youtube and you'll find.

But I think you must finish everything before going underground.

I see the last one underground, not quite sure how to get to it, guessing I need to continue the story.
