How to I exit Dead Kings?

Hi, I'm only up to Sequence 5 or 6 in the main story, when I stupidly clicked the carriage which starts the new DLC Dead Kings, within seconds of the starting intro I realised i'd made a mistake and attempted to reverse it, but both restarting chapter and starting from lastest checkpoint just restart the Dead Kings DLC again!

Is there any way out of it and back to Paris so I can complete the main story line?
I dont want to restart the whole game again as I took a few days out from the main story arc to go around the map gathering up most of the achievable collectables to give my character the best gear.

I believe if you explore the southern side of the region in Dead Kings there should be a way back. I saw a marker on the map there similar to the marker for the carriages in the main map, anyway. Hope this helps.

Just exit from mission, and use carriage with symbol "P"

How? As far as I can see there are only two options when pressing pause, restart from last checkpoint, or restart mission.

Hey, just an update, i'm back in Paris!
My situation was compounded by the fact that many of the map icons had vanished, and no matter which filter i applied to the map only a few would appear. Having had this before I knew that completing your current mission usually makes them re-appear, so I went a little further on with the DLC story. Once completed the map icons came back and just as you both said, a "P" icon appeared down south of the map!

Guys right click on Assassin's Creed Unity, click Property, DLC and then click on the tick mark of the DLC that how you do it

*Don't uninstall the dlc! It breaks your saved game and you have to start everything over.

Agreed. The DLC mission becomes available quite early on. The problem is that you are rather weak and the story continues that of the main game anyway (it is considered memory sequence number 13).

Including the fiacre right in the courtyard of Café Theatre is a good idea but a warning message could have been useful when approaching the shining beacon.

Agreed. I ran into this issue recently myself. I was on memory 5, and I was trying to fast travel back to the theater. I ended up selecting the DLC (whose symbol is overlaid ontop of the theater symbol when the map is not zoomed in all the way). I had quite the ordeal getting out of that. It is possible to do early, but it most certainly isn't easy. A warning would have been really welcome.

made it out, finally. getting into the crypt is pretty annoying, the place is crawling with guards both blue and red. I suggest stocking up on berserk blades to keep them distracted with each other.
afterwards, the quest even seems interesting. I just wish I hadn't entered it on accident and found myself locked in!!!!!! once I was out of the place, I fast traveled. I'll finish the game, then do the DLC, like God intended. all the while pretending I hadn't gotten the grim spoiler on the DLC opening cutscene.

Same thing happened with me I am currently on the mission. There is no P icon in my map. I wanted to know how many missions do i need to complete to get it appeared again?

Hey, this really helped and wanted to say that it really is a blessing in disguise as well. The chests gave me 50,000 money. I CAN BUY 5 STAR WEAPONS

The most stupid thing I’ve ever seen in a videogame. I am wondering which kind of idiot thought about that! I had to run during this mission to avoid any spoilers.
Luckily the all the missions are replayable!
