P.S Just saw a gameplay where a guy was messing with options and there was even an 85hz option maybe even motr once he got up to 85 he switched back to 60.
The problem is that a lot of us are not even hitting 30 frames even with a system that should handle it. The game is poorly optimized and needs improvement.
The modern PC gamer is a spoiled brat and lacks basic technical knowledge. There's packs and packs of NPCs all over the place, crazy shadow tech and TXAA and Mr. Genuis wants to know why he's not getting 60fps on a 760 @max. This engine is amazing. I'm surprised I'm not getting 10fps with all the NPCs.
EDIT: As have the subsequent replies.
YESS! The game runs like utter ♥♥♥♥ and needs to be fixed.
The people who ask '' Can I run it? '' or '' Say ♥♥♥♥ about this game '' are the pc noobs that dont understand that we are living in 2014 almost 2015... and its time to get a job and to have a decent PC with high end specs if you want to enjoy next gen games.
I am getting 40 to 60. The thing is their engine is so good I feel like I should be getting less lol. This game imo is a technological marvel. My CPU was hit 64c. The only other game that does that is Crysis 3. (Not concerned because even with the oc the average temp was only 42c according to HWmonitor)
I think gamers are getting less and less PC savvy these days, and it's having a noticeable effect with the new generation of games and how much more important it is to have a clean, stable environment to get the most out of them. Not saying that this game is perfect, I have no way of knowing that, but just something I've noticed over the last few months.
How many core cores are utilized? AC:4 was one main core and the rest 7-8-20%
Problem is ultra everything mentality. With my GTX 980 SLI I will never use ultra everything so I can hit 60fps without drops.
