What does the Gold edition actually include over the Standard version?

I can't seem to find a comparison and neither Steam's page nor Ubisoft's page actualy helps. Ubisoft's page seems to suggest the only difference is that the Gold version includes the Season Pass with no content actually exclusive to the Gold version. And based on Gold versions of previous iterations in the Assassin's Creed series, I'm leaning toward that being correct.

But then Steam lists this on their Store page:

I don't see that mentioned anywhere on any other site, including Ubisoft's site. It sounds like they are describing the Season Pass a little more granularly but are trying to make it sound like these are separate bonuses unique to the Gold version.

I'd love to buy the Gold version but I'm on a tight budget this week so I'm trying to figure out of I miss out on any content if I just buy the standard version and then the Season Pass later on.

Anyone have any insight on this?

it said right there on the description.
Normal version + season pass is the same as gold edition,but they give u 3 more missions and apprently 15 more weapon for single player

Gold edition is just Game+Season Pass
Season Pass: Dead Kings DLC, Standalone game: AC Chronicles China, 3 missions, 15+weapons and 15+gear

ACU+DLC = GoldEd.

The only difference is the price.
It is much more affordable, IMO, buy the gold edition. That was what I did.

@Would You Kindly: I know it says that, but without description of what those missions are and what the 15 weapons are, I don't actually believe they are additional missions and weapons outside of the Season Pass.

Every other single piece of preorder DLC is described in detail on some site. Each retailer-specific piece of DLC is detailed. The Season Pass itself is detailed.

But Steam gets its own arsenal of 15 weapons? And 3 missions? Not even the Ubisoft store page for Unity Gold lists the 3 missions + 15 weapons.

If you google the text in the Steam page, it looks like it used to be a part of the Ubisoft store psge, but it no longer is.

So I have a feeling the 3 missions are the 3 Season Pass missions. And the 15 weapons are new unlocks that come with the Season Pass. Steam's description is too vague and can't be corroborated anywhere else.

I guess I'm looking to see if anyone else has found a comparison of versions that sheds more like on the 3 missions + 15 weapons.

If you want the season pass i recommend buying the Gold edition before release:
Gold Edition: 79.99 euros
Game + Season Pass (no gold) : 89.99 euros
And after the release Gold Edition will be 89.99 euros as well. (sorry don't know how many dollars)
