Report a translation problem
Assuming you bought it through Steam since you're on the Steam discussions, verify the integrity of the game cache within the game's properties.
Aassure you have the latest video driver.
Check Windows Updates for any miscellanious updates that could affect the runtime or something.
Try running the game with administrator privelages (locate the game's executable (.exe file), right-click, run as admin).
1. Head over to Assassin’s Creed Unity/videos folder.
2. Rename file UbisoftLogo.bk2 (it doesn’t matter to what you rename it)
3. Rename file pc_TWIMTBP.bk2 (it doesn’t matter to what you rename it)
4. Go to “en” folder (located inside the videos folder) and rename both files that are in there.
4.5 Do note if you are playing the game in another language other than english, then you’ll have to go to the corresponding folder and rename the files. For example, if you are playing in German language, the folder name should be “de”.
5. Load the game and there ya go.
Well, i have uplay version of the game and after i followed the instructions it became worse. Just grey screen and nothing. Maybe you know what to do?
oh and in case you are wondering , it happens on win 7 aswell as on win 10 , i was even reinstalling my whole system and it did not work.
