1) I don't know what that problem with the player level is. I don't and didn't have problems with that.
2)Okay, there are those exclamation marks... How about going through the menus and looking at all those weapons and gear, then leave the menu, enter it again and.... OMG, the marks are GONE!
3)How the heck can you demand a specific option, especially something pretty unnecessary as a tesselation option? If they are not using tesselation or don't want players to mess around with this options then there is no tesselation option. They will have their reasons. DEAL WITH IT!
4)You can collect the rift artifacts without the companion app now. I just did collect some of them in the rift missions. THEY ARE UNLOCKED, just like the Nomad chest.
To sum it up: You are whining about nothing at all and without even having tested anything of those issues that bother you. You are just crying for crying's sake.
The name of your thread and those issues of which some are no real issues made me believe this is some mindless hater speaking or a troll. So I apologize for my cynism.
So, I just startet ACU again and I have to admit those exclamation marks indeed keep returning. Ok, you are right on this, even though in your first post you didn't describe it this way. But those silly marks are nothing that pulls the fun to the ground, are they?
The player level thing: I didn't have a problem with the correct gear level (the one you can check at the statue in your achievement chamber or what it is called in English). In the character menu I can actually see five silver stars when marking the equipment menu. Ok, I think thats the point you are complaining about, right?
I think this is the player level (the one you gain by experience), not the gear level (defined by the weapons and clothes you are equipping). You can check your player level in the 'My Brotherhood' menu and then marking 'Assassin Ranks' (or something similar). I, for example, am an elite assassin, that means level 27 of 31. So I'm not the best rank you can get and I think that's why there are only five silver stars. For the golden stars you probably have to achieve rank 30 or 31 or something. I believe it's the same with you, isn't it?
If I am correct this issue is not a bug or anything that has to be patched. To build up your player level you will have to do a lot more of all the assassin-like moves, disappearings, assassinations and stuff, all that gives you experience or Creed points is the real name, I think.
And the other two points.. You have to admit you didn't check on those rift artifact, did you? I already collected some of them, so I can assure you they are unlocked. And missing a single graphical option is also nothing to complain about really I think. No one has a right on an option in a game's settings menu.
You will have to give me these points.

The player level are the stars you see in the game hud top left while playing, all my equipement are top tier so I should be 5 gold star and I was at some point, than it gone fubar whith the dlc and it still isn't fix. Yes I guess I am wrong about the artifact, but I gone on the progression thing and it still told me that I have to use the companion app to unlock them, I haven't tried to go in the rift to see if they can be collected and not transparent anymore. Now tesselation is something that should have been available from day one, it's a feature I thought we would finaly get with patch 5 and this is the thing missing I am the most disapointed, have you seen the screens with tesselation ? it's amazing the difference ! a quick exemple of tesselation in assassin's creed unity http://pics.computerbase.de/6/1/3/3/5/3_m.jpg
You say you had gold stars once... I would guess the displayed level once was the gear / equipment level, but was changed to the player level / rank since this really shows you how experienced a player should be. That means it shows how much time someone has spent playing and doing assassins' stuff. Makes more sense to me than displaying gear level because with helix points (bought by microtransactions) you can buy the top gear right at the start, so it doesn't represent anything. In coop you will often have to estimate your partners skills and that player level is the instrument for this. A golden star noob (because of top equipment, but no skill / experience) will not be as useful in your team as a silver star experienced player. So by the gear level you can be blinded easily.
Well, I didn't realize the tessellation announcement would be such a big deal for so many people. But I'm not such a huge graphic nerd, so I would consider this not as a feature but as a bonus. But ok, to each his own. ;-)

If they are 2gb.
Don't expect to run the game at ultra.
Because well if you learned to read all of the forums, the game needs to fix SLI issues.
So advice instead of complaining should learn to read around the forums.
It's an option, you tick it or not. So the specs of someone is irrelevant.
No 5 gold star gear are extremely expansive, no one who starts the game will be able to buy it ! The stars represent the gear and weapons ! When are you going to understand that ? look at your gears, you will see different number of stars and silver vs gold !
And yes tesselation is a big deal, that's the main point of dx11 engine. It's not a bonus, it's suppose to be something closer to real life physics !
Guess what...?! I have finished all the Helix missions and re did all of them twice or three times depending the helix mission and I have non of the content unlocked... altair is still unlocked... although i was promped with "an outfit as been unlocked blablabla"... patch 5 is a joke ! and it created more self issues since the content is not unlocking ffs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dude the i7 2600k at 4.5 is all you need for gamming right now and should own this game and i have read the forums, i am just stating facts of preformance after patch 5. i know how to read
By using the Helix credits you can buy for real money you can get full gold gear at 6000 Helix credits.
You know when you look at a gear you don't have yet, there's the "Hack" button? That's using Helix credits, that you bought for real money, to unlock this gear. And it's 1000 Helix credits for one gear - you need 5 clothes and at least a rifle.
So looking into the E-Shop from the main menu tells me, I can get 6400 Helix credits by buying two 19,99 EUR packs. So for a full top gear you pay about 40 EUR... It's not EXTREMELY expansive. And at the beginning you get a couple of Helix points for free, so it's probably a bit cheaper than my calculation.
I can't believe there are people who are stupid enough to do this but nothing is impossible.
You have to let go of that fix idea of yours. It's not the gear level that is displayed, it's the experience level, raised by the creed points you gain by doing stealthy killings, assassinations from above, throwing smoke granades and all that assassins' stuff..
PLAYER level and GEAR level are two different things. When are YOU going to understand that? Look at your profile under "My Brotherhood" and you will see your rank is displayed in silver and golden stars, too!
You don't get the artifacts thrown at you in the rift missions (we are talking about those where you have to collect data packages and free an assassin, right?). You have to look out for them. Some of them are pretty hard to spot, so use eagle vision and scan the whole area carefully. At some wall there has to hang a crest (the artifact). And there's only one artifact per run, as far as I can tell. So you will have to do the rift missions over and over again.
I found a couple these artifacts already, so there is no problem from my point of view.
But wait, when in Paris look at the map. There should be a lot of blue mission icons. Those are called "Companion missions" in the progress menu... Perhaps you have to do these missions first before the artifacts are unlocked... Try this, the missions are simplier that simple. Shouldn't take too long...
And yeah, Altairs outfit is still a riddle to me.. Perhaps it opens automatically once I got all the artifacts... We will see.

So you see how wrong you are now ???!! Is this idea too hard to understand? Is there anything that would make it seem impossible? I can't see anything why this could not have happened this way...
And the video doesn't prove anything. The video is 4 months old so it was obviously made BEFORE that certain patch and its changes.
Perhaps it's not me with a thick stupid skull. Perhaps you should open your narrow mind and think about other possibilities and let new ideas in before you start to rant like a spoiled brat.
And with this I'm leaving this conversation. I already spent too much time trying to be a reasonable help and explain things. But discussing with someone so stubborn is just a waste of time and nerves.
