every ac has always had full controller support, it's a third person action game!
as i tested, fully works on both x360 and one controller
ac had guns since ac2 and works fine with controllers, better than k+m, don't bother this "imput elitist"
Did anyone prefer playing DS with k+m because it had bows?
If that stands for Dark Souls, I've never tried it, but from what I've experienced, third person is more comfy with a controller, and mouse is good for fps like CSGO and strat games like Starcraft and CK2.
Slight exaggeration there! If you're moving, the "snipers" miss appropriately often. If you're standing still and get plugged with a 1790s musket then, yeah, it stings! If you're appropriately stealthy you can take as long as you need to "line up" a headshot.
The only way moving makes them miss is if you happen to move in front of someone else right as they fired. So, in that sense, they really are like snipers, particularly since their aim seems to be in no way affected by distance.
Now, if you are dodging around a lot, then they'll miss you every time. :-) That's by design, I believe.
Plus, in-game has controller's button labels. So you don't need to remember which does what.
