Maybe you can run it, but at a very low resolution and low graphic settings. I think that this game deserves to be played with decent graphics to enjoy the environment and get into the revolutionary atmosphere.
If this was minecraft then the focus is on gameplay rather than graphics but it's not the case.

game-debate doesn't have the info for the specs of far cry 4 and Assassin's Creed Unity. In fact, they just put the AC IV specs for the AC unity page because they don't know. Since the game is coming out November, the specs should be released around end of September - October

As for the game requirements, Game Debate often times guesses on the system requirements of games before they are released by using the previous game's requirements or a game that run on the same engine as a go by. But yes, you'll likely have to do a ground up build to prepare for the true next gen games like this one.
