Can my pc run far cry 4 or assassins creed unity

I played assassins creed 4 on ultra and far cry 3 on ultra......my pc specs incoming:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
AMD Radeon HD 6670
4.1 GB
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
and so many are going to say:no you cannot run that game(Am i right?)

The short answer is No. That's a pretty outdated build and all the components are pretty weak by today's standards.
Maybe you can run it, but at a very low resolution and low graphic settings. I think that this game deserves to be played with decent graphics to enjoy the environment and get into the revolutionary atmosphere.
If this was minecraft then the focus is on gameplay rather than graphics but it's not the case.

yes but how much fps do you get? maybe you only get 20 fps on medium. because your cpu is a duel core, and the most new games will need a quad core, and a decent gpu we don´t know the official requirements so we don´t know if yours reach them, can I ask you how much Vram does your gpu have? becuase for the new games I think 2 gb vram will be needed to run ubisofts games with decent fps. and btw the requirements of gamedebete of ac u are just copied from ac4 because the official arn´t out yet. but they will probably be higher then from ac u.

game-debate doesn't have the info for the specs of far cry 4 and Assassin's Creed Unity. In fact, they just put the AC IV specs for the AC unity page because they don't know. Since the game is coming out November, the specs should be released around end of September - October

anyway i am not getting anything till 2015 january so could i run assassins creed unity somehow at lowest settiings?i am huge fan of assassins creed and i got huge collection of them on ps3.I will not wait till january to play assassins creed unity

Best advice is to go to a good forum for advice on a new build, Tom's Hardware is an excellent one for asking questions like that. There are a lot of knowlegable guys on that forum that can steer you in the right direction on what to buy and how to stay within your budget while getting the most for your money. I learned most of what I know from there and built my corrent rig taking advice from guys there.

As for the game requirements, Game Debate often times guesses on the system requirements of games before they are released by using the previous game's requirements or a game that run on the same engine as a go by. But yes, you'll likely have to do a ground up build to prepare for the true next gen games like this one.
